Yes. Upgrades are prorated for the current month; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Are there any long-term lock-ins?
No. Every plan is monthly, cancellable with 30 days notice.
Do you charge per booking or per commission?
No booking fees and no commission on direct bookings. Card processing is 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction, passed through to you at cost.
Are OTA channel fees included?
Standard OTA channels are included in every plan. Some regional or bedbank connections require a signed contract directly with the partner.
